When you place an order be sure to fill out all the fields requested – email address, contact telephone number, credit/debit card number and card expiry date. Without this information we will be unable to process an acceptance of your order. We may also need to contact you should there be a problem with your order.
Once your order has been despatched, the completion of the contract between Mrs Robinson and yourself takes place. We cannot fulfil any obligations due the following reasons:The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Customers who fail to reach any order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse any offer of purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the web site.
Any time or date stated for deliver is an estimate only. Mrs Robinson does make every effort to despatch goods on time, but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the estimated time.
We understand that entering any information about yourself on the internet can be of concern, but we would like to assure our customers that we will never give you information to any other company or individual for marketing purposes, but we hope that you don’t mind the occasional bit of news on offers or information on any new splendid products. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item. Please email us at email@example.com, let us know the reason for return, and post the item back within 14 days of receipt to the address below where we will gladly offer you a refund. All products and branded packaging must be returned in the original condition. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT OFFER A REFUND BY CHEQUE.

Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any damage in transit. Mrs Robinson cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.
Overseas orders will be refunded in Sterling. Mrs Robinson cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt, so that we can arrange a replacement at your convenience. Mrs Robinson is not liable for shortages or damage in delivery after this period if no details are received.
In order to cancel, the customer must send written notice of cancellations to email@example.com before delivery of the goods or notification from Mrs Robinson that the goods are ready for dispatch.
If Mrs Robinson is unable to deliver the goods within 30 days of the date of order, the customer will be entitled to cancel the order and require any monies paid to Mrs Robinson in respect of that order to be refunded. This does not apply to any bespoke products ordered, which may take longer to receive due to the nature of their manufacture. Bespoke items will incur a 30% cancellation fee if confirmation of order has been sent.
Delivery, Postage and Packing
£5.95 will be charged for all orders within mainland UK, except for large or fragile items.
£15 will be charged for all orders within International Europe.
These prices do not apply to heavier items. We will contact customers of larger items with quotes for delivery before we mail out.
Delivery outside Europe is possible. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote. We will get in touch to discuss the best method of delivery for your area. Special Delivery Items
We will contact you directly with a quote for p&p on these items as some may require additional insurance or specialist carrier to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect conditions. Some items are made to order and therefore take longer to arrive. In these cases this is stated in the product’s information.
Please allow 10 days for delivery. When paying by cheque please allow 5 extra days for clearance.

Should you not respond to the arrival of delivery, a calling card will be left by the courier to which you must respond. If no response is made the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be made.
Sadly, we cannot guarantee to carry all the items permanently in stock, although we do try our best. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you of an anticipated delivery date and place the order on back-order, if you wish us to forward the item to you separately.

We us Barclaycard merchant services as our secure payment provider. Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your goods.
