Dispatch of furniture and large, bulky items can take up to 2 weeks

Quick and easy collection from our stores. Once you've placed your order on the website please give us a call on 020 8670 6818 to arrange which day you can come and collect your items or send an email to info@mrsrobinsonshop.co.uk

Furniture & Large Items

Our team of vetted Courier Delivery Services take care of your furniture and larger items. Delivery is usually within 1-2 weeks unless otherwise specified. Please check your lovely new furniture or large item will fit through your doorways, stairwells or staircases. If you are in any doubt, please talk to our dedicated team (+4402086706818) . They will be happy to advise. We deliver furniture or large items to the most immediate room or hallway, unless otherwise agreed, prior to delivery. 

For large items and furniture we request someone be present to ensure proof of delivery. 48 hours notice must also be given should you require any ammendments to your pre-arranged delivery. In both cases, this is to avoid any potential additional charges.

Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery to info@mrsrobinsonshop.co.uk
